You will have a broad role where you have an overall responsibility for the company's finances, budget and forecasting process, follow-up and analysis to support and drive the business forward. You have a clear business mindset and will act as a financial and strategic sparring partner for the CEO and others in the management team, of which you are also a member.

You also have experience of and thrive in an entrepreneurial setting and an operational role, where you are a key person in driving the company forward. You have a constructive approach to different situations that can arise and can quickly get to the heart of the problem. We take it for granted that you are unpretentious and have a good ability to work together in a rapidly changing start up environment.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Group Reporting and Financial closing
• Financial planning including rolling forecasts
• Business analysis – follow up and drive our profitability
• Preparation of Management and Board material
• Secretary in the company board of directors
• Quarterly Business Reviews focusing on growth, profitability and retention
• Financing and shareholder maintenance, bank contacts
• Cooperation with our accounting firms in different countries
• Maintaining and developing our financial reporting and consolidation software
• Give support to the organisation regarding financial issues
• Statutory accounting including annual reports, financial audit and filing
• Pay roll and related matters (handled by accounting firms but overall view)
  

Skills and Experience

• Experience from scaling up a SaaS business
• Experience from impact driven organisations
• Driven and proactive personality with structure and an eye for detail
• Logical thinker with good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of accounting principles
• Knowledge of Group accounting and consolidation
• Fluent in Swedish and English and high ability in both speech and writing
